Autumn nights provide the best moon-viewing opportunity and I was also massively fortunate to create this Heian-style tsukimi illustrations with @tinyhat as well. From a courtly dance under the moon to mochi-making to a poetry reciting by the river’s reflecting waters, Vivian and Carmen celebrate the rabbit-in-the-moon with sophistication and brilliance. It was a floating world fantasy working on these – so badly want to go out and make a tsukimi-themed town now! *o*
